This hotel feels absolutely luxurious from the moment I arrived, with incredibly high levels of service and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was particularly impressive, with top-notch massage and beauty treatments available. the swimming pool and rooftop pool were also beautiful and well-maintained, while the staff were always on hand to offer complimentary drinks and snacks.
the private facilities in my room were somewhat lacking, and I was hoping for more spacious and comfortable lounging area.

The database resturants were very good and the multiple pool settings were awesome. The regular staff was friendly and welcoming, and the activities staff around the pool were top notch. The location and security were great, and the resort was large enough but not too big.

This hotel is an incredible luxury venue in the Riviera Maya region. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my luxurious needs, including the beautiful swimming pools, relaxing sauna, and excellent Spa & wellness center. the beach access is just a few steps away, and the nighttime entertainment was perfect. the restaurant's high-quality food and the bar area's drinks are extraordinary. the fantastic spa center and garden area leave nothing to be desired.
this venue's overall experience was excellent.

Luxurious and spotless rooms, with exceptional service from all staff. Beautiful beach and well-kept grounds. Enjoyed the Vow Renewal Mayan Ceremony at the cenote-style pool area. Great food options in the restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The multiple pools provided a variety of experiences, from peaceful to playful. The staff was always attentive, accommodating, and exceedingly friendly. The location by the ocean was breathtaking, and the breakfast options were exceptional. We were impressed by the number of employees who spoke good English, which made communication easy.

the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of pools to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the multiple restaurant options, as the food was amazing.
The lack of sufficient space for clothing storage in the rooms. It was also a bit frustrating for those with food allergies to repeatedly provide details to the hostess and server at every meal.
